AR Homes is a real estate development company established in 2016 in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, focused on delivering quality-driven residential and commercial projects. From its early stages, the company has successfully executed multiple developments, earning trust through timely delivery and transparent practices.
Expanding into Hyderabad in 2022, AR Homes strengthened its presence in key urban markets and launched its first project, “RISE”, marking a significant milestone in its growth journey.
With expertise across apartments, villas, row houses, commercial developments, malls, multiplexes and IT complexes, the company is also developing a large-scale villa community in Vijayawada, spanning 50 acres with Phase I comprising 129 villas, including significant family-owned land, reinforcing long-term commitment and vision.
